Location to N tower is brilliant. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

I was in room 401 next to the stairs and the lift. I didn’t hear the lift but heard everyone going up and down the stairs. This room is also underneath the roof area. You can hear people moving chairs and items around. The room is old and tired. Patches of holes in the walls. Blind cords were a mess to untangle, curtains off hooks, dusty. Ceiling has had water damage above one of the beds. The bathroom is narrow. To sit on the toilet was difficult. I’m 174cm, anyone taller would have had a difficult time. The shower head doesn’t stay in the holder when the water pressure is up and the hot water switches off after about 3 minutes. The water temp is either boiling hot or cold. You can feel and hear the bed springs when you move. This room isn’t luxury as advertised, at best an okay hostel room for you and your backpacker friends.

We got a very good view of Seoul from the rooftop. Hotel staff was very accommodating and kind. We will definitely come back. Gamsahabnida! 😊

The staffs are very helpful and able to communicate in english. The place is aaamazing with great view on the rooftop. We had a great dinner there. It is near to Namsam tower cable car station. Breakfast are available and enough for you to start your day.

The room are quite small. Hard to open luggages. You have to climb a very steep hill to the place which is quite dangerous if the ground is wet. Not suitable those who have elderly person travelling together.

If u don’t mind climbing up hill all the way from Myeongdong station exit 3 to guesthouse, its actually a very good location to seoul attractive location. Also climbing up and down the stair for terrace room.
