Imformation is wrong in the website of the hotel like it doesnt mention bar and the distance between the main spot are wrong. Check it before booking it

Pls prepay and then stay, else they will somehow make changes to tariff and escalate the bill.

Staff were too desperate to make unnecessary money and charging more than what booking.com has offered or already booked. They changed the tariff last moment. Seems like making unnecessary few changes to agreed tariff.
