I made online booking and during time of check inn hotel guy stop me from check inn at 9.30 in night time .is it good saying i will not give you room with this price.shame on entire booking .ccom team.they give me alternate hotel cockroaches were roaming ,ants,bedsheet smelling like not washed for one year,bed bugs,no tv,entire room was smelling bad.hotel name gp royal,daria,galli no 2,near railway station. And this guy from booking .com his name arbaaz when i call him before said rating is good and you stay is confirm. Then why the hotel owner said I will not give you room with the price you book on booking .com.really guys i was hoping to give you zero bit it was not on the scale.thos shows how much you care for your customers who give you business.
