Great location. Had everything I needed

I loved the decor, the comfortable look and feel of the apartment - especially liked that you couldn't see the bed from the seating area.

We stayed for 8 days and there was no room service during that time which was a long time for no vacuuming, no bathroom cleaning, or no kitchen area clean. We did our best and bought some wipes.

great location, clean and staff where quick to answer any questions I had when I contacted them.

unfortunately, our apartment was on the 4th floor and the lift was out of action

Staff were very helpful in the office. We could leave our luggage there till our check in time. Very easy with instructions to access the apartment. Great location.

Check in time was 3pm. However the staff were very accommodating with letting us leave our luggage with them. .

We could not make it this time with covid but we love scotland and destiny scotland and would not book with anyone else the standards are amazing well done to them and there staff great job

cheaper trains, warmer weather in December out off anyones hands but scotland is a great place to visit and stop

Great location! apartment was the perfect size for two with a great bathroom and kitchen! loved the self check in using the key pad.

it was quite noisy during the night- lots of glass bottles being poured into bins late at night.

Good space. Short walk to train station, shops and attractions

Destiny staff are very helpful. The location is excellent, especially for catching a train on the East Coast mainline.

The apartment has seen better days. The door nob was falling off the bathroom door and the place could do with a lick of paint. The stairs are a bit of a challenge.

Location was superb, simple to access, warm and comfortable. The beds were excellent, we all slept well, and proximity to station, shopping and bars was great. Communication with staff was efficient and prompt and we stored our cases at the office while we went for lunch, before travelling home.

It was clean and spacious. It had all the necessary amenities. The location is brilliant. The apartment is on a busy commercial street but still safe and noiseless. The check in was seamless, keypad entry system was great. Cable TV was good and wifi stable

The lift access only starts from the 1st floor and the lifts didn’t even work for most of the time!!!. Very clunky if you have luggage and on the 3rd floor🤨 The dishwasher didn’t work either (but it may just be that I didn’t get a handle on it though I have been operating dish washers for years) A manual or card with simple instructions on how to operate the amenities will be useful

excellent apartment with all amenities you’d need

only issue was the noise from food outlets/shops next door. extractor fans quite noisy & bins being emptied/deliveries being made as early as 7am

Nothing negative to say except could have done with signage in lift telling you which floor for the room numbers,
