We could feel the springs in the bed and the floor was really creaky.

A vert creaky floor in the room, every step was a nightmare. decor seriously lacking and needs a complete renewal. Very small lift hard to get in with suitcases. Same as the revolving door at front. Too small to get in with a suitcase

Big, warm room. Great sea view. Lovely breakfast ( but had to queue up for food). Very close to the town. A bonus as it was torrential rain during our visit. Friendly staff.

Damp around the room walls. Fan in bathroom didn’t work, so after a shower. It was foggy in there to say the least. The door frame was damp and swollen, so the door was very tight. A pensioner would have struggled to open it.

I liked the room, it was a lot more modern than I thought it would of been which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was a small double so a bit small but none the less really comfortable, bathroom was lovely and modern. Lift is very small, partner is scared of small spaces so tended to take the stairs to the top floor but it's not a reason to complain just something to be aware of if you suffer with similar fears. Great location for everything local. Would definitely stay again 😊

Room, very clean, warm and had a brilliant view. Breakfast very nice indeed.Buffet works the best to please all. The hotel is perfectly placed along the sea front in a quieter area. The Christmas trimmings were beautiful, especially Santa sitting by the real effect log fire in the lounge.

That we only stayed there for 14 hours. The staff were friendly enough.

I don’t normally do reviews, but feel I need to on this occasion. No disabled parking on arrival due to an event on the beach. Most spaces taken up by vans belonging to the motorcross bikers from the event. Not a blue badge in sight when they stripped off to get changed. Hotel should have clamped the lot of them. Really sorry to say but a member of the reception staff needs to consider personal hygiene. The reception area stank of BO and the yellow Staines on their shirt needs to be addressed by management. The hotel room was about 30 degrees when we walked in and that’s with all the windows open. Asked the receptionist to turn off or down but we were told it was on a timer so they could not do anything about it. We attempted to sleep with all windows open and fan on. Needless to say we didn’t sleep due to road noise. Food was awful. It was like hospital food. Bland, little choice. Breakfast was cold to Luke warm. Too many dogs in the hotel. It stank of wet dog in the evening. If my husband hadn’t been disabled, we would not have continued to stay. Left more exhausted than when we arrived. Only stayed for 14 hours. Never again.

The evening meal options did not meet expectations and choices was not very good and could do with some evening entertainment

Good location and marvellous view from our corner room on the first floor. Friendly staff. Convenient parking (at extra charge) . Comfortable bed.

The shower over the bath only had a trickle of hot water . The original old wardrobes in the superior room need replacing with modern ones. The breakfast buffet needs improving, especially the fried eggs, bacon and toast machine.

The Location was good and the hotel was clean and tidy plus it was a good 3 star hotel.

Location was perfect as to by travelling by train. Centrally located for town. Room was a great size. And the breakfast was also great.

The hotel looked alittle tired. Yet the modern furnishings made it look better.

The fact you have to pay extra for parking when other hotels in Weston have free parking especially paying £90 for a night then paying a further £6 for parking has put me off staying at this hotel in the future
