Amazing view. Spacious living areas and an excellent outdoor facility, should the weather turn and you’re a large group. Walking distance to a few nice restaurants. 3 minute drive from centre of town, which one could easily walk.

Lovely location. Very nice cottage and very clean. Lovely views. Comfortable bed but pillows very thick.

All flights were delayed, both in and out so we arrived a day late. At the end of our stay, even though no one could come in, we were made to leave and find our own accommodation for the next 3 nights. The excuse was that it needed to be cleaned. We left the place spotless so it just needed a quick disinfect. Other hosts were amazed as they all accommodated their guests and credited the first unused night. Very bizarre! Would not trust them to stay there again as delayed flights are a common occurrence and sleeping on the street is not an appealing option. PS. They also arranged car hire which charged for unused day when others didn't.

Wi-fi which was advertised as included in booking was only available in separate common guest lounge area. Signal did not reach to cottage, requiring walk to guest lounge (often in heavy rain) in order to get signal

Very easy shuttle pick up from the airport. The property was immaculately tidy and clean. Great location and views.

Very minor issue - the pillows were quite uncomfortable.

Lovely facilities, clean, quiet and comfortable fully equipped apartments with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing trip! David and Fiona were wonderful hosts, help and advice was only a phone call away. We are already planning another trip (we only got back this afternoon) and after looking at many many other accommodation options while we were driving around the island, we would still come back to Ocean Breeze Apartments. Norfolk Island is an underrated paradise, and Ocean Breeze was the best.

Location was great, facility great, could do with a ceiling fan in lounge area and an air conditioner as gets hot in afternoon.

Very dirty dish mop greeted us in kitchen... I purchased a new one. Rooms got hot in afternoon. Couch was uncomfortable.

Beautiful unit, very well looked after with really nice views of the ocean. Transfers from the airport and the hire car waiting at the door. Walking distance to the town.

Great spot, great views, happy with the Cottage, all needs covered, even down to the free " wake up" calls by the resident Roosters.

The cottages have nice view. It was close to the town. Staff were nice and helpful. We were picked up at the airport and dropped off at our cottage, where our car was waiting outside- which was really nice. We initially booked for 5 nights but extended for another 2 nights, lucky our cottage wasn’t booked and the staff were very accommodating.

The keys were handed to us at the airport and we were taken to the property where a hire car was waiting for us. The view from Number 10 cottage was fabulous with a view to Phillip Island.

WiFi was a bit slow and dropped out occasionally but this was apparently a general Norfolk Island problem.

1. Organisation - meet, greet at airport and get keys, mini bus to accommodation where hire car and keys were waiting. At end of stay mini bus to airport. 2. Great half day orientation tour on first morning. 3. Great location - quite with ocean view. 4. Small things like beach towels and especially the picnic basket which was most useful. 5. Generally just excellent.

Location is great just outside of Burnt Pine, but an easy walk if you don't feel like driving (10-15 minutes). Cottages offer privacy and have good self catering facilities. Emily beach and the Historical area are a very close drive. But the whole island is very easy to drive around.

The cabins at Ocean Breeze are extremely well outfitted. Everything you need for complete independence is there. The king bed also, was exceptionally comfortable. The cabins are within walking distance of several restaurants and a short drive from the main Burnt Pine shopping zone.
