Owners are lovely and happy to help with questions and requests. The sea view was awesome. The bed was very comfy. Free use of washine machine. Room was light and airy

Hot water took a long time to come in, felt like a lot of water being wasted.

The Ridge has the most amazing view! To top it off the amenities are great (comfy bed, quality line, comfy sofa, great deck and a well equiped kitchen) & the hosts friendly and very helpful

Fantastic location - wonderful valley and ocean views, close to the centre of Burnt Pine, easy access to beach and National Parks. The apartment was thoughtfully decorated and the 'little extra touches' were greatly appreciated!

Location was great and we did have ocean views as described. The bed was very comfortable, and the bed linen and towels were very luxurious. Our host was very helpful and friendly. The unit had everything we needed in it.

The lounge chairs were a bid old and not very comfortable.

The owners were very welcoming & helpful even gave us a late checkout. The building & fit out is old, but it has everything you need. The bed is huge & so comfortable, & bed linen is actually linen. Views across the valley to the ocean are beautiful. A great place for a couple to stay.

Great location and nice balcony view for a reasonable price. Aesthetic room settings and I really love the Body wash and hand wash brand (Leif) they offer. Comfortable beddings and great pillow layout. Would recommend this place for a holiday stay.

The fridge was making noise at midnight but I heard from the host that they are planning to do some renovations.

The views are extraordinary. I have been staying at this property for a number of years. It could do with a bit of a touch up but the new owners, Phil and Teneille, who are just lovely, have great plans for the property. The new name will be The Ridge and I highly recommend it to anyone. Also, most important, they have the cutest pupper called Polly who takes her role of field mouse manager most seriously.

Very helpful hosts, who supplied me with a SIM Card. Lovely outlook. Convenient location.

Location once we got moved to ocean view was good. Semi rural location.

Mountainside apartment was not good. Advised not leave doors and windows open because conditions were conducive to mould and mildew.

I loved the view's and the piece and quiet. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

I never wanted to leave!

It was a great location away from the main road and shops but only about 5 minute drive, if that, to that area. Very close to all the historical sites. The Unit was spacious and we had a great view of the ocean. Brian lent us a mobile phone to use whilst we were there. Whatever we requested, Brian was able to accommodate it eg a radio, a drying rack, clean linen. Brian has a very friendly dog, Charlie, that came to visit us a couple of times which we loved because we missed our dogs.

The beds, toilet, vanity basin and living room chairs were too low. We had to ask for a radio so that we could listen to the local broadcasts to be kept up to date with what was open and what wasn't every day including shops, cafes, the Bank, tours, flights in and out of Norfolk, the weather forecast. The bushes and hedges along the driveway need to be cut back further. We were concerned about our rental car getting scratched driving in and out.

This was a clean, neat venue, just a little dated but had everything I needed and was comfortable.

The one bedroom apartment was spacious and well furnished. Great view north to the coast.

Our host, Brian, was so welcoming and accomodating, escorting us to our accomodation and ensuring we were comfortable and all settled. We were genuinely blown away the moment we entered the hidden driveway, to our apartment overlooking Cascade Bay.
