We loved staying at this property in Eilat and would do so again. Great location, in walking distance to shops/grocery stores/AHLA Dive Shop/boardwalk and restaurants, beach, etc. Quiet at night, great air conditioning, laundry facility in the room, beautiful and large outdoor patio to relax and enjoy. We enjoyed the onsite pool and patio area as well. Very relaxing.

Front desk staff did not speak English but did their best to accommodate any requests.

The room was not clean, not maintained.

I really like the location of the apartment- away from the busy streets and closer to my favourite beaches. It is on the ground level, steps away from a beautiful swimming pool. The apartment is specious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the owner was easy and quick.

The apartment shows its age. Could definitely use some face lifting. The concierge of the building was unpleasant, not to say rude.

The room was big. Had all the kitchen appliances and a lovely patio (which was very useful because we came with our dog) The shower was hot with a lot of water pressure. There is WiFi that worked reasonably good.

The apartment was dirty. It has 2 TVs that don't work (i called the property owner that sent someone to look at what was going on but didn't manage to fix). There was a sound of a working engine in the main room that would go on and off every one or two minutes which made it a little hard to sleep.

Small amount of people, location was great. pool had very little amount of people, the house was good sized for a 5 people family.

Internet WIFI was vey slow, the sheets in the bedroom were not very clean but we got new sheets from the hosts at the day of our arrival. On last day, the security lady was not very nice and was not present in her cube so we needed to wait for someone to open the door for us (another resident that happened to be in the lobby area opened the door after we waited a bit, this happened several times on that day (Friday 9th of July).

Great location, close to the center, beach and all attractions. The host is communicative, and helpful person. Free parking Accept dogs and other pets.

A lot of things are just broken. Lack of kitchenware. No Wifi password in the room, you should call the host. Construction site right in front of the bedroom, and construction workes starts their day at 6:00. Not a good morning at all. Nice balcony, which is useless due to construction works.
