Nice location with parking space

The air conditioner of our floor was broken since we arrived the hotel, and it couldn’t even be fixed until we check out. It’s awful to sleep in 30 degrees, I know the staffs tried everything to fix it, but how could it happen?? Isn’t there any regular check? BTW, no compensation. All because you’re being unlucky.

Room is spacious for my husband, 2 teenagers and myself. Shower heater was hot and pressure is strong. Aircon temperature was cold and could be adjusted accordingly. There was bread with the usual condiments and chinese food. Location was about 6 mins walk from the kenting shuttles bus stop. There are quite a few selections of eateries.

It will be good if there was fried noodles added for the breakfast buffet and they only have American coffee, it would be great to have more choices. The paint work should be done soon as the toilet looks a bit run down, it doesn't look like the ones reflected on the website anymore.

The room is very big, Good illuminated, The location is excellent, in the old city, close to kenting park and to the national museum of marine

The air conditioner works by itself, very vold in the room, No laundry service

Location, cleanliness, staff. All good.

Nothing negative.
