The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The food was great and the pool And facilities for the children were terrific too

Amazing stay by all means. Truly enjoyed everything about this hotel. Breakfast had a variety of excellent choices. The pool was spacious and clean with a top-class service. The staff was always welcoming and supportive. Also tried the Casa Boho hotel restaurant around sunset time, which offered delicious unique dishes with a spectacular view.

All was fine.

المسبح العام للفندق وليس الخاص نظافة المكان

عشان اروح الغرفة لازم سيارة وانا كنت مسافر معاي الوالدة ولازم كرسي متحرك فواجهت صعوبة شديدة للوصول للغرفة فوق. وانا طلبت فوط للاستحمام محد جاني نهائيا واول ماجيت الفندق متاخر فليل اول يوم لنا كانت غرفتي مش جاهزة ونطرتهم نص ساعه زيادة في الحر والرطوبة. وازيدك بعد الكهرباء انقطعت على الفندق بالكامل من اول يوم لي لمدة 5 دقايق. صار ظلام مرعب. والفطور مش على مستوى 5 نجوم. ومحدود اكل الحلال مافي تنوع في الاكل منوع. يعني كل يوم اكل بيض

プールの眺めがとても素晴らしかった。 スタッフがみんな笑顔で対応してくれてとても親切にしてくれた。 朝食がたくさんの種類で食べきれないほど。おいしかった。

カウントダウンパーティーがスコールで遅れた。雨のときの準備ができていなかった。

The facilities are great including the restaurants, kids club and spa. The staff are wonderful and try their utmost to make you happy. Food is delicious including the buffet breakfast one of the best!

The rooms need an upgrade. The aircon and condensation problem needs desperate fixing.

À notre arrivée, on nous a attribué une chambre avec vue apocalyptique…on a changé de chambre mais je ne comprends pas que l’on puisse proposer une chambre pareille. Le personnel est souriant mais personne n’a rien fait pour nous à croire que tout le monde n’est pas traité de la même manière. Attention l’hôtel est situé à 800 mètres de KAMALA ET NON PATONG. Serviettes tachées et poils dans le lavabo.

Most of the staff were excellent and friendly especially the buggy drivers and the staff at the regency lounge. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast spread in the morning is good. The pool is excellent

The view from the first room allocated to us was horrible. It was overlooking an abandoned construction sit which blocked the view of the ocean. One particular front desk staff was not very friendly and does not believe in the idea of service with a smile.

The beach in front of the property are not for swimming. So you have to walk or take car to the nearest beach at Kamala

The facility and the staff along with the food and the property itself is really good. All the staff members are polite and very helpful

It is quite far from patong beach. They provide cab service at a minimal charge for patong beach and for kamala beach the service is free but available at certain time slots only

المكان جدا سئ ووسخ عكس كل الكلام الي قريته المخدات ريحتها عرق تتنقل بقولف كار انتظر وقت طويل على بال ما يوصل واذا طلبت منهم يقعدون ساعه عشان يوصل الطلب الصابون قالب مافي صابون سائل والشاي والسكر من كل نوع 2 ومدخل الغرفه يخوف ومو مرتب ولا يرتقي لاوتيل 5 نجوم كنت اقعد خارج الاوتيل الى وقت النوم وارجع المطعم يقفل بدري اذا تبغى اكل او اطفالك جاعو ماعندهم خدمه 24 او 12 ساعه او يوفرون داخل الغرفه سناك مافي شي الشاطى بعيد لازم باص والي قدام الاوتيل بعيد بينك وبينه شارع والبحر كله صخور وقدام الغرفه مخزن للمفارش والاغطيه والمخدات قذر جدا ومفتوح طول الوقت الى ان كلمت العامله تقفله باختصار انت تسكن شقق مفروشه خايسه جدا ومقرفه فقط فطورهم منوع ومسبحهم كبير الباقي xxxxxx

اقامة سيئة جدا ولان تتكرر التلفون لا يعمل داخل الغرف تضطر لنزول الدور الارضي للاتصال ومع هذا لم يتم تنفيذ طلبي امل سحب الخمس نجوم منكم لا ترتقون للمستوى

فندق كبير و هادي يبعد عن الباتونج 10 دقايق، يصلح للعوائل يوجد مرافق و العاب للاطفال، يوجد شاطئ خاص للفندق مقابله، المسبح كبير و يوجد مسابح اصغر للاطفال بجانبه، الغرف نظيفه و الخدمه ممتازه و الطاقم متعاون، التنقل بالفندق بواسطه سياره الغولف

الفندق عباره عن مباني متفرقه مفصوله و بعضها لا يوجد بها مصعد لذلك انصح بالغرف الارضية

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the service was excellent and the room was super clean. The main restaurant is serving Halal food.

The front beach was not good for swimming because of rocksbut you can walk to Kamala beach around 5 mins and enjoy the beach without rocks

breakfast was good, there is 2 other restaurants, casa soho is very delicious, pool was nice although we didn't swim, staff were nice, the golf cart usually arrives quickly when you order it.

Location is bad, nothing around this hotel, very far from the center where all the activities are, you need to go for a trip about 50 minutes to one hour to everywhere, there is a beach access but the beach is not even good, the rooms are not to the level of 5 stars hotels, we had 2 rooms, in one of them the bathroom smelled bad, we asked to fix it, they fixed it after we asked twice,

I had an incredibly enjoyable stay at Hyatt Regency Phuket. The resort's serene atmosphere and stunning views made it a perfect getaway.
