It was by far the worst hotel stay
We were made to stay in staff quarters and it was the most dingy room and stinky room
The staff was horrible.

The service, hospitality and location was great The room was clean and staff was very helpful.
The only thing that can be improved is the Wifi. Wifi was fluctuating and needs to be stable across all rooms in the hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Courteous Staff. Location is central. Cleanliness - Spic & Span. Very Comfortable room. Excellent lavatory hygiene. Very smooth check-in and check-out. Can't ask for more.
Room for improvement - Sops for regular customers would be great.

Good food and included breakfast is really good plus great location to explore the city
Hot water was lukewarm at best on 2 days of the stay. It was fixed on the last day of our stay.
