I only liked the hotel location as other locations were approachable
Staff behaviour, The room was not cleaned , I had transferred online payment but still I had to pay full amount and so far i have not received my amount back and i believe they will not return money, i also talked more than 10 times to customer care and provided all documents but they are now not replying

Bed and mattresses were good. There was no water in bathroom. Ac was not working. Disch channels were not coming. Bathroom condition was like third class hotel.
There was no water in bathroom. Ac was not working. Dish channels were not activated. Bathroom condition was like third class hotel. It took 30 mins to find out exact location. There were no sign boards on main road. Staff cancelled my OYO booking and took extras charges for booking on same time.

No TV, no phn, no bail,no ac, no hanger. Very poor service n sorry fr oyo that no direct contact with hotel people or oyo person fr any help. Difficulty tracing hotels.
