Beautiful, clean and handy to shops loved it

Great location at the back of the shops and next to Cafe Very private and screened off

Couches are fold out beds not so comfy to relax and watch tv

Great location, good bed and pillows, good shower, very clean, up to checkin very responsive, post check in very poor

Wifi did not work, I advised the person via text as requested, I still have had no reply and could not use the Wifi for the entire duration of the stay.

Functional and handy

The cabana was a nice touch and good when it wasn’t raining. Good location central to the village

Challenging entrance driveway. Step up into the bathroom was a bit hazardous for seniors.

Pleasant

Good size for a couple with extra living space. Lovely patio with shade. Good parking.

Tiny kitchenette that was poorly equipped. Too near the road noise and noise from the cafe and shops. Just as well we have a car that fitted through the tunnel/entrance.

Disappointed with BBQ

We had planned to have a bbq, bought the meat... but unfortunately the bbq was filthy and had cockroaches. Very disappointed ☹️

Great spot for a few days stay. Close to restaurants, takeaways, & the beach

Very central location behind shops, & restaurants handy. Top restaurant only 8 mins walking distance beside the beach. Great walking beach, which in summer would be excellent swimming. Great walks available to neighbouring beaches.

Could only access one channel on TV - however, could have been due to our ignorance operating it.

Great location.

We found the bedroom very dark and we were surprised on a very cold day when we arrived the heating wasn't on and there was no electric blankets on the beds. We went out and bought two hot water bottles.

A wonderful place to stay!

the location was excellent! Right in the heart of Waihi Beach and surrounded by shops and cafe's and a short walk to the beach. The beds were so comfortable and the room was quiet and cozy. Great communication with the host and overall and awesome stay!

Thoroughly enjoyable even with the wet weather.

The apartment was roomy, clean, away from noise, had cafes, restaurants and shops right at the doorstep.

The actual unit was adequate . Poor kitchen facilities and tiny bathroom .

Kitchen too small to be a kitchen . Poor facilities . Did not like bathroom being right next to this either
