It was clean with clean sheets.

No coffee. Most importantly, the neighbor above the unit on level 3. You better be as quiet as a mouse, including your car. We drive a Subaru WRX and the exhaust is a tad louder than normal. We didn't rub our engine nor speed. She came out very rude, "you need to turn that off." Little does she know, turbo needs to idle for a couple of seconds before turning it off. I did turn off the car as I didn't want any confrontation with her. Mind you not, it was only 7pm. Quiet hours starts at 10pm. I will not rent here again due to her. She's not friendly and made our stay a little upsetting.

Location and price

Bathroom was dingy and caulk was chipping and bathroom sink faucet wasn’t attached properly. Where the tile and the carpet met it was pretty dirty and it smelled like pot. Also when you put down the bed, which was extremely comfortable i might add, you could not watch TV and the wifi didn’t work. It wasn’t even an option that popped up when typed in. So instead of relaxing at the place and cooking in (the kitchen could use upgrades) we went out on the town and had a ball. Overall it was fair just not a rare find like the website said so i had too high of expectations

Perfect size for 2 people. Easy access to the property from main roads. Quiet neighborhood location with little road noise.

Bathroom shower/tub needs a good scrubbing to remove mold along bathtub edges. Wi-Fi instructions in the unit not clear so could not use.
