O Hotel é muito bem localizado. O atendimento dos funcionários é espetacular, principalmente do Anderson, da Bruna e da Vânia. O quarto é amplo, cama e travesseiros confortáveis . Banheiro amplo e o chuveiro é muito bom. Café da manhã farto e muito gostoso.

Ficamos apenas um dia. Não tivemos nada d3 negativo para apontar.

Equipe da recepção simpáticos, mas muitas vezes perdidos nas informações.

There was no light at the roof top

Everything was GREAT! The room is lovely and super comfortable, the shower is amazing, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Specially the scrambled eggs! Also the staff was super nice, and the snacks at the reception were a total blessing. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Sao Paulo.

The automatic curtain waking us up at 6:30 AM on our first morning, but fortunately the lovely people from the reception fixed that right away <3
