Close to the mall

Functional room. Fridge could be bigger and TV is old-school small. Nice very big balcony overlooking the water. We didn't check the breakfast. Daily service for the room.

I would suggest this to anyone if they ask me. what a perfect safe location right opposite canal walk shopping mall.

If you cater for halaal breakfast would be good for customers like us and definitely would attract more Muslims. eggs only made a separate pan isn’t enough for a breakfast. I had eggs potato patty and beans mostly but have some option even behind the kitchen just for halaal dietary requirement guys.

Everything about the place and area it's situated in . Central to all visiting spots and the view of the canal and buildings around was amazing . Definitely will visit again .

Location, hotel, amenities, privacy. Hotels staff were great, great service. Lizette is a GEM, thank you so much for being so professional and helpful.

Nothing

Everything was pretty good, would highly recommend staying here. One thing that id suggest improving is the entertainment, a smart tv with Netflix would be good.

Great Location, size of unit (suite), friendly staff, conveniently located next to Canal Walk, just across the bridge and you're in the mall!

Kids not allowed in indoor heated pool(booking.com does not mention this!!), No cutlery in room, no toilets near the breakfast area/reception, not enough close-by parking bays for the hotel units...
