Room spacious and comfortable

This Hotel is very difficult to find. We drove past it 3 times before finally seeing it. A large visible sign would help.

Did not do breakfast. Location was convenient

Extraction fan in the room linked to bathroom light. Nuisance (noisy) at night when using the bathroom.

Great place to stay. With everything located in the same block, no need to drive out for dinner. Close to shopping mall. Staff very friendly

The rooms I slept in was really not clean with Spider web on the ceiling cornice.

I was very surprise of the relatively low rating of this place as I thought it was very good for a stop over between Maun and Gaborone. I would recommande this hotel with no problem.

We booked at Digger's Inn on recommendation of other people who often stayed there before and we are very happy that we did. From the reception, checking-inn and other staff helping to carry luggage to our rooms we had a great experience. They offered to upgrade my father in-law's room without any additional charge. The parking is safe - which is very important when staying in Francistown. The staff made recommendations of restaurants and local shops. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The small fridge helped us with the fresh products we had with us. I also loved their personalized toiletries. The aircon was such a blessing during the hot December in Botswana. It is also a beautiful Inn with a lot of history and a beautiful old staircase. I don't think you will find anything better in Francistown. Well done to all the friendly staff of Diggers Inn.

Don't expect a beautiful view - the Inn is in the hub of Francistown. If you want a view you need to stay outside of town. They still manage to give you privacy and a sense of being in a garden with all the big trees surrounding the building.
