The basement with table tennis, billard and table football.
The swimming pool.
The covered terrace,
The location on the hill with the view.
The spaces in the rooms.
The cracking beds.
Closing the doors was sometimes quite hard.

Fantastic property. Nice house for a big group with lots of facilities and resources for fun and good organization. Great location for short driving trips and nice walks in town.
All was very good, although some guests said that older beds were quite noisy and not sitting completely well on the floor.

Very quick reply from the host that helped us 24/7.
The house was clean, very comfortable for a big group of people and the outdoor space is perfect to enjoy outside even if it's raining.
I really recommend this place!!

- being a family house, kitchen supplies were numerous (in sharp contrast to holiday houses dedicated only to be rented)

- mountains (Pec pod Snezkou!)

- showers in bathrooms (downstairs it almost came off the wall; upstairs only strong massage feature was working)
- surroundings are a bit boring with teenagers (in Summer)
- our son Hugo lost his light blue Nike hat (flowers on inside)
