The location is just very good, the size of the unit is awesome can fit inn 3 or more families,
I don’t like the parking spot, pigeon keep on pooping our car, tenant said car was at the basement but no water supply. They don’t have extra crib for baby, furniture are old, some damage and deformed.

shops and eating places are within walking distance
electricity circuit was not functioning as expected. The whole house were blackout when we first arrived from Kuching.we managed to rest at 2am.We have to open the window to get a good ventilation.

Lift door closes too fast that it is dangerous for Handicaps and kids even adults.
Should have ramps for wheelchairs
Due to proximity to the pubs, the noise at night till 1pm is loud

Mouldy, wet and peeling wal paint in the masterbedroom and bathroom. Air stale and aircon not working in 1 room. Not habitable

I like aircond in all room, the bath tub so my sons could play coz the pool is closed.
Cleanliness is so poor...dirty fan, greasy kitchenhood, bathtub berdaki..Parking agak sunyi, i dont recomend to be down there alone..
