We have stayed at the emirates palace and emerald palace in Dubai palm jumeirah so thought it maybe as good

Breakfast was disappointing. Why have to wait 15 mins for a cup of tea and 20 mins for the fried eggs

All the team of the hotel were really very nice and helpful with us. Mainly the recepcionists, the room attendant and the team at the reastaurants and the swiming pool and the beach. Everything was great!

Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut, aber für den Preis schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, zum Beispiel das Badezimmer sowie der Teppichboden in den Fluren nicht mehr gerade sauber und die Geräuschkulisse von den Nachbarzimmer hört man schon relativ gut.

The staff, room and facility were great. My family enjoyed spending the new year at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The private beach was also so nice to spend the holiday.

I requested the hotel to provide us an extra bed and a cot for us as we travelled with my 6 months old and 6 years old. During the check in, we had been told that the cot and bed were not available which was disappointing for a hotel at that caliber. I had to fight my way to get a cot for my 6 month old but not the bed. It was disappointing.

Das Pearl ist ein Traum. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war der Service perfekt. Die Mitarbeitenden sind einfach bezaubernd. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt oder eine Lösung gefunden. Das Essen ist super und die Weine ausgesucht. Die Betten sind bequem und die Aircondition funktioniert.

Auf hohem Niveau geklagt, kann man dennoch ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge anbringen. Die höchst komfortablen Zimmer haben nicht alle funktionierende Stromanschlüsse. Fürs Aufladen von Mobiles und Laptops etwas mühsam. Beim könnte besser auf Personen eingegangen werden, die über Intoleranzen oder Allergien klagen. Das Personal kann mit Laktose-Intoleranz oder Gluten-Allergie nicht viel anfangen. Die Lage ist super, aber das grundsätzliche Problem von Doha ist, dass praktisch alle An- und Abflüge über die Stadt führen. Also, wer es ruhig mag, eher einen anderen Ort suchen.

The hotel is really beautiful and in a great location, the decor is stunning. It looks like a palace in the reception area. The reception staff are lovely and very attentive. The hotel has great facilities, very clean and fab amenities. The beach staff are lovely and very attentive.

We had a lovely stay, however I requested 2 quiet rooms during the booking process. One room was fine, the other room 107 was next to what turned into a noisy bar/nightclub at night. I spoke to reception to complain, they apologised, however it did unfortunately ruin our sleep until it finished in the early hours. One night I was told it would finish at 4am. This needs to be looked at by the hotel, you cannot have a noisy bar near a guests room, it’s supposed to be a relaxing stay. A couple of other comments, we are in the Arabic restaurant on our last night, it was a buffet, the staff were attentive for the first 5 mins, then we had to keep asking them to bring water, change our plates and provide more cutlery, we were ignored, I noticed others were too, the staff need retraining.

This hotel’s service does not feel like a Kempinski, no luxury, no comfortable. The staff is unprofessional, there is no system and follow up. Everything went wrong during our stay. The rooms are dirty and needs renovation, no quality at all. We are very disappointed, the check out took ages, although we reached the hotel very early in the morning, they didn’t greet us with a welcoming drink or any relaxing service. Although there was availability they didn’t let us early check in…

Personeel is verreweg het beste van het hotel. vriendelijk, attent en doen er alles aan om je verblijf onvergetelijk te maken. Ontbijt is wat je verwacht van een top 5 sterren hotel zoals het Kempinski, voor ieder wat wils. Locatie van het Hotel is super, je loopt zo naar de Pearl Marina met veel mooie eettentjes of naar Qanat Quartiers.

Beautiful grounds with helpful staff, and large gorgeous rooms. Bed and linen, including duvet, was, for me the best I’ve experienced throughout my time staying in hotels!

Loved everything about the property it was amazing and the facilities were fantastic. The beach and pools were so beautiful and the staff couldn’t help you more. Would definitely recommend and return again.

How expensive the drinks and food were but the complimentary water was great as much as you want.

Rooms are huge and bed is very spacious. Clean and tidy building Staff are very friendly, especially concierge Pool facilities with life guards on site Restaurants on site which was fab

Spa is heavely overpriced and therefore decided not to try it out. Some restaurants were not open on certain days, which made it harder and more limited to choose food from. Hotel isnt clearly sign posted for where all the facilities are located especially for a large establishment. Ladies in red were annoying and just stood around half the time.

The attention to detail here is second to none! AMAZING architecture and even better facilities. Staff couldn’t do enough, they went above & beyond, a real credit to the hotel.
