Super friendly staff!!!
The hotel is at a good base to walk to a hill or to go to the malecón and the old cathedral.
We arrived and felt immediately at home. They gave us nice ideas of where to go and they even drove us twice somewhere with their car without charging us!
Everything was fine!

The breakfast was really good. Also, the atmosphere in the hotel was very nice with plants and trees on the patio. The hotel also offered a transfer to our next location which was really convenient and at a reasonable price.
The room info on booking.com stated that our room includes air-conditioning. That was obviously not accurate - there was only ventilation in the room. We also had some problems connecting to the hotel wifi but that was in the end solved.

We were just here for a stopover so the location to ticabus was unbeatable. The staff were lovely with easy check in! The room was very clean
Unfortunately the WiFi was not working for us, we tried the different options on different devices but no luck. It seemed better the next morning so maybe this was just a temporary issue.

The staffs are very kindly to support
There was no aircondition service even there was a air condition machine in the room. Only if I pay USD 15 more, then I can have the air-con service. :(

Beautiful place with a lot of plants. Save place, although the surroundings look a bit unsave. But its just a feeling, don't had any troubles at all. Close to Bus Terminals to Costa Rica.
None of the Wifi's were working, AC in the room, but could not use it.

We booked it, as it was close to the bus station.
We didn’t feel very welcome.

Nothing
Literally they can't let you do anything, the food expensive like hell , services a joke , and they don't respect the price on booking, definitely not recommended 😤

Super friendly staff and right next to the tica bus station - perfect for an early morning departure.
The internet didn’t work at all and the staff couldn’t help me with it.

Meticulously clean rooms, adorably helpful Mr Cisnero Sr at the reception. Just 5 min on foot away from the Tica Bus terminal, 10 min from Chavez rotunda and shopping malls, 20 min away from the main square and 30 min away from the malecon / port. Also very close to bus stops of several central lines. There are AC in the rooms, though those are apparently not included in the booking rate (but if it gets really hot you'll certainly be prepared to pay extra :)
My whole visit to Managua was "overshadowed" by torrential rains, so the city and the hotel looked a bit forsaken and not representative of how nice it must be in high season/good weather. This is probably why I got the feeling that the hotel (furniture and design-wise) must have been at the height or it's glory some 10-20 years ago. If you're looking for a boutique experience probably best check a higher price range, just to be sure. This being said, I was absolutely happy with my stay and would happily come back again (especially in the livelier high winter season).

The room was clean and the check-in was done nicely.
The house rule is to come back by 10 pm, after that time the door is closed, this should be shared upfront booking for transparency.
The facility offers a taxi service to the airport for 20$ which compared to a taxi taken spontaneously on the street is very expensive (around 7$).

Great location, 2 1/2 blocks from the TICABUS station. I came from Tegucigalpa and our bus didn’t arrive until after 10PM. Having accomodation booked that was only a 2 min walk from station was perfect. Plenty of local places to eat…check out the freshly BBQ chicken at the end of the street after you turn left. $120 Cordobas will get you 1/2 chicken, salsa and a couple of tortillas. There’s a supermarket a minute around d the corner with an ATM inside. I organised a Day Tour with the owners son William which was awesome.
For this price point it was a great place to spend a few days exploring and relaxing before heading on.

Very cozy and calm place as in photos. English speaking hosts was very helpful. She help to solve all my issue on stay in Manague (border crossing and Covid test issues). Location was perfect for me, very close to Ticabus. In surrounding is good breakfast place, also lunch and dinner places. Supermarket, place for document copies also is near. I liked green inside lounge area.
I missed things which all hotels have in Europe by default. They are teapot and shampoo but they wasn't in none of my accommodation places on my 2 week stay in Nicarague.

Quite nice and comfortable hotel, good price.

I chose this place according to the near location to TicaBus.
It seems a bit like a carcel, but that’s Managua. The people were friendly but strict. We didn’t interact so much.
The coffee is quite expensive for Nicaragua, also the shuttle to the airport, but they would tell me where to wait for a collectivo that would go there. I did feel safe in the neighborhood and took a stroll in the night. Many people were still around and a lot of very good local footplaces. A supermarket is also very close. Because they were super booked they gave me three bed room that had aircondition, but since my booking said I don’t have it, I didn’t receive the remote for it.
I dropped some things and found out that it is quite a bit dirty underneath the beds, also the sheets had some stains, but everything smelled fresh and clean. There were some leftovers from other guests, but i experienced that in many places.
