We stayed here firstly for 3 nights then again for 6 nights within a space of 2 weeks with kids. The Manager Vikas Mishra & EVERYONE ONE OF HIS TEAM from front desk, security, concierge, dining, housekeeping, bar staff were the most hospitable I’ve ever seen. I’ve travelled the world and stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and in Dubai but the Pullman is an example to all of them. Very highly recommended and cannot wait to go back as this is truly a home from home and much more. Thank you to all of you for working so hard and doing the best.

I have been in many five star hotels around the globe and i found Pullman's breakfast one of the best. Many choices and good quality. Staff was really friendly, all of them. but if i could name someone it was the attending staff at the reception with the name Yang. Location is very good even if it is far from the centre of new delhi as you could just go out and walk around in the aerocity area and have hundreds of eating options.

Difficult to recall anything to improve as we stayed only 1 night and we found everything impeccable.

Beautiful lobby guest room and restaurant. Amazing selection of delicious food. Great shuttle service to and from the airport just when we needed it. Love a noon checkout time especially when our flight into New Delhi arrived so late.

Property is new and close to airport. Excellent buffet spread. Generally good service. Rooms are in great condition and very modern. Shuttle drop to airport- a bit pricey at Rs 1800, one way, but car goes via vip entrance, so worth it.

Being in New Delhi in December, aqi was 500, air quality was really bad, even inside the hotel. Hotel uses a ton of air freshener to cover the smell, and it is all a bit too much.

Great staff helping with arranging day trip to Delhi sights with great driver. Rooms ok, corridors dark and confusing, downstairs buffet restaurant well managed and tasty.

The rooms and corridors were a little dark and some details less clean than expected.

Staying at the pullman was perfectly fine, the staff was fine too. Aman at the BAR was exceptionally good to take care of our needs and did personalised our drinks & did excellent work. Highly Recommended.

The hotel has greatly improved attention to details and quality of care that was somewhat lacking during previous stays. Airport pickup was seamless and check in was smooth. There was zero delay in delivery of luggage to my room and I was met with a beautiful floral welcome sign made with real flowers displayed on the bed. The temperature in the room was not too cold and the bed was extremely comfortable. I particularly appreciated the quality of the towels and even the slippers were extra comfy - an upgrade on similar hotels in Aerocity. Other details I loved were: clear and simple list of TV channels, the fresh smell of the moisturizing lotion and shower gel, the simplicity of the lighting system and the hot water in the shower was really hot. I really appreciated the free late checkout since I arrived in the middle of the night and needed to sleep late. I noticed an increased presence of female staff - from the security guards to the receptionist and the room cleaning service. I wondered whether this might account for the excellent attention to details, and this was confirmed at reception by the lovely Kushboo, who is responsible for improving the guest experience. Due to the success of this visit, I will be switching my allegiance over to the Pullman for all future visits to the city.

Nothing, it was excellent. Only one small detail: the chain on the inside of the door for security was broken, but the internal locking mechanism worked, so i wan't too worried.

At the time of check-in, there was a clear case of discrimination. Along side us checked-in an NRI Couple and they were greeted very differently. There were informed of the 15th Anniversary of Accor and guided to the festive area while we were not let alone being told about the anniversary. Then at the time of check-out we had to wait for 20 plus minutes for someone to collect our luggage.

Property was ok. Room is good in size. Staff are very welcoming in reception area.

Food is not good and very expensive. To open the connecting room we had to call few times.Room didn’t have slippers too.

Breakfast was amazing, fresh, tasty, and lots of variety. The room had a funny, musty and damp smell. The size of the room was good though. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great location for the airport and aero city food court

Great location. Awesome breakfast and very helpful staff.

To start with, the bathroom was very ill designed with water flowing everywhere during a shower. They don't provide bath salts until you ask 3 times. The room lights were badly designed, no light-night, no way to control the AC. In the middle of the night there was some fluctuation or something and our call bell decided to go off even though we had our do not disturb on, something did. And then the mirror in the bathroom lit.... there was no way I could find a switch to turn it off so I was wrapping towels over it, at 4 am. I really needed a good night's sleep and that's what I did not get. The bathroom was the worst with absolutely no noise filter. The polite staff tried to help but these design flaws were out of their control.

Well additional lights shd be added on the ceiling, as it is not adequate .

Only the lighting was kind of dim.
