Pillows are very lousy and uncomfortable. Difficult to get a good sleep. Mattress quality is also not good for sleep

The staff and ambiance was incredible from start to finish. Diana, the masseuse at the Quan Spa was the most talented masseuse I’ve ever encountered. She gave One of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. You are extremely lucky to have her and you should do everything in your power to ensure she stays. I will literally return and stay at the hotel again on 21 July just to have a massage with her. Exceptional is an understatement. and the hotel, as always, was 10/10. Thank you

I had made this booking on behalf of my mother. I had called the hotel the day before she was supposed to check in and asked them to charge my card. They said they will do so and also reassured me that my mother will have no issues. however when she checked in, they were extremely rude to her and she had to pay up. I need to check that we haven’t been charged twice.

very tired fittings and hanging wires. bathroom fittings loose and tired. sink was chipped, taps were beyond scratched. doors were literally falling off. the light in room was very very poor and dull!

This is the best hotel in Aerocity, 3 km away from the airport. Great choice for layovers. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the service is very efficient. I tried K3 restaurant for breakfasts and it was good. I tried the in-room dining and it has wide variety and tastes good The area behind the hotel is full of cafes, restaurants and shops, it is great area for a layover away from the busy and vibrant Delhi I stayed in Room 2018 and a Special thanks to Achinta who was doing the housekeeping and to the one who is doing the turndown service for making my room super clean every day
