The location is good, but the place is run down, old bed linen and cleaning not good

They advertised the room as a "presidential suite", the poor standards, lack of maintenance, air conditioning broken down. I would not even call it a suite

The service was top notch! 👌🏾 The rooms were amazing everything was on point, they gave us extra of everyw e requested for, the water everyday was amazing we were really happy.

The internet gave us problem all through our stay, but they always come ASAP to fix it.

Although over priced, restaurant has good Chinese cuisines.

Most communications were in Mandarin. Chinese staff were horrible, money-centric and carefree. Free Breakfast is horrible. Even after check in, one followed me late at night to make sure I was a guest. How racist! They spoke to their Ugandan colleagues with disrespect and treated them like servants. Property charges extra VAT and bank charges. Even after agreement to pay $50 for late check-out since I had a night departure from the airport, the money-centric manager changed her position to insist on charging the full amount which I paid plus extra vat! I recommend this hotel only if you would like your trip ruined by these Chinese staff.
