Manger phoned us to inquire what time we would arrive as I hadn't indicated time & it was 6.30pm and he offered to stay till 7.00pm when we would arrive

The room was spacious and equipped with everything you needed.

The stairs to get up to the room were steep and narrow, tricky for carrying luggage.

John and staff are very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic

Booked a room and when I arrived didn't get the room I booked. They blamed booking.com I paid for a nice room and instead was given a small stuffy hit room. The owner didn't care. I was upgraded lol 😆 the second night to the room I booked originally.

Manager was unhappy that we had booked through Booking.com.

Out room was serviced daily. And was comfy and clean for a three night stay. Central position in Mildura close to shops. However on arrival we did not receive the room we were booked into and paid for to Booking.com. We were advised that it was better to contact the motel directly to ensure what we got. We tried to get a better room but we were unable. We had a flashing light outside our window .

We paid extra with booking.com for an upgraded room for three nights with a balcony. The motel staff were unable to accommodate this and were not helpful. We would have enjoyed our stay much more if we had an outside area to sit in and a balcony view.
