Pleasant staff and good communication regarding our check in time. Comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom

Our room was so clean and fresh, the detail was awesome!

Soundproofing was the only downfall.

It was close to the bus stop from Broken Hill and close to the airport when I left the next morning. I loved having a clock radio in the room…to glance at when you wake up in the middle of the night, rather than having to get your phone. Staff allowed me to drop off my bag early, so I could go to the shopping centre..and said my room would be ready earlier than check in time.

Just tv signal playing up couldn’t watch tv but otherwise it was good comfortable

Room was very clean and tidy but bed was terrible was like sleeping in bucket very saggy on both sides our bums were touching bottom of mattress and felt like our legs were up in the air so we had to swap ends in order to get a average sleep.
