Everything perfect location

The location is perfect. Near from everywhere . Spanish Steps is 5 Minutes walking away.

-The room was an Attic room, believe or not , without windows!! . There was a small Opening in the ceil , which we should open it all the night to have some fresh air. To sleep peacefully at the night was almost impossible !! You hear a hundred of non stop laud voices, include a laud voice of Birds !! (Unfortunately it’s not a joke , a bird which most likely lives on the roof, it begins to scream non stop loudly at 04:00 am ). Moreover you can hear your neighbors in the other rooms clearly while they are talking. We were about 48 hours in Rome , and we almost didn’t sleep !! - there was no warm water while talking a shower !

-attic room number 404 with small window on the top so no view and there is dark at the day - hard to sleep because of terrible noise of birds on the roof - not comfy bed - lots of dust on the furniture and floor - poor set of bath cosmetics

The hotel is in central of city Rome surraunded by shops, restaurants etc. And is easy to walk around and to get to famous attractions.

The first impression when we came to the door wasnt great as we couldnt open the front door, and there was no one at the reception so it was hard to get in.The elevator is tiny and hard for wheelchairs to get in. In our room there was no heating working all day so it was a bit cold in our room especially at night and in the morning.The water taps were hard to adjust warm water so we were showering with cold water as it was changing always temperatures . Water was driping in the bathroom and the walls are too thin you can hear everything from other rooms .it was hard to sleep also there is no 24hreception service.

Location was superb. Although in the centre the room was quiet and relaxing after a day in the city. Check in was all virtual, we didn't have any interaction with staff during our stay.

Room wasn't well facilitated. Kettle couldn't be plugged in anywhere, shower was a bit small and did not functioned properly. 1 small chair in the room to sit on other than the bed

Cozy and spacious enough with all what you need for your stay (Netflix also available in case you want to discover additional Netflix Italy options). However, it is in the right place to discover Rome walking. Pantheon, Navona, Spagna are very close, while in a walking distance you can find some of the best wine and cocktail bars of Rome.

Everything was perfect!

The room was located in a really central location. Every place of interest was just a 20 min walk and there were a lot of shops, cafeterias and restaurants nearby. Also, the staff and especially Alessandra was really friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't really and clean. The walls were dirty and they didn't change our sheets even once during our stay (we stayed for 6 nights!). Furthermore, the window in the room wasn't closing properly and as a result we could hear everything from outside and this was a big problem during the night as we were waking up several times in the middle of the night by the vehicles collecting the garbage or cleaning the road or placing the Christmas decorations. Finally, the A/C wasn't functioning very well and the room was cold especially during the night.

The location and the staff. Right at the best area of Rome. Very friendly staff, both Suzette and Alessandra. They did whatever possible to make our stay as good as it gets. Also, the apartment was spacious.

The apartment needs a renovation. The walls were dirty. There was humidity stamps all over, at the walls, at the ceiling. There were only bed linen for sleeping at night, and I stayed 28-31st of October. when I asked for blankets / duvets they came dirty. The bathroom of the small room had a very intense smell. They were cleaning the apartment every day but still the odor was coming back. Also the cleaning lady was spending time, she was friendly and tried clean things, tried to work with the smell. My conclusion is that the apartment is not appropriate for rent unless the owners spend some money to fix the problems.

three garbage bin in the Front og the staircase you almost couldnt get up the stairs up to 4th floor the apartment was very old and almost all furniture damaged and old. The bed in the master suite was hard like laying on the floor, no door, paper towels and very little in the kitchen. outside patio great but very trashy furniture broken or ripped. I am a host in iceland and I would be out of business if I bad renting accommodation in this condition.

I paid for a suit but when I got there along with my family we had the unexpected and unpleasant surprise of getting a normal room with one bathroom.The bathroom smelled like sewerage, and the mattresses were uncomfortable.The balcony was pretty small itself, and again, we were expecting to have a small table with two chairs. Even thought we were outside most of the time we would've wanted to spend the little time we had in the desirable room.
