Everything?

Everything is excellent. I will definitely return and recomment this hotel. Especially night manager Umid and receptionist Rahib were the bests. Umid really helped me in every situation, they are so kind and helpful. Thanks for everything.

The location is very good, and the staff is cooperative.

LED was not smart, we couldn't connect our mobile with TV, so we are unable to see anything on tv because we don't understand the local language. It should be improved by the hotel.

The centralized AC cannot be adjusted to cooling in day time and it was quite uncomfortable. ( They set it for heating ,it needs only in night ) And in morning or day time we need AC ,even complaining several times it couldn't get. We could just turn off the ac, so it will not get heat, but actually cooling is required during day time. The power socket is different. So it would be better keeping universal socket for charging your phones. There's no room service ,and you need to take all your luggage yourselves.

Everything about the property is amazing Receptionist Neila and the remaining crew everyone is very Nice. I had a booking for the double room somehow they upgraded it to a suite ♥️

The location is good, bed was comfortable and hotel in general very good, recommend it, and will visit again. I got issue with my travel and i had to check out earlier but Mr. Tural and the night manager Mr. Umid help me to solve my issue, many thanks for them best staff.

there was no phone in the room. the AC did not work properly. they did not fix it even though I went 5 times to the reception. I had to go all the way down because the phone was not working. towels were dirty. the windows in the rooms were dirty. very unpleasant stay. careless staff. bad breakfast. no basic amenities in the room as promised on booking. very disappointed by booking.com to list such a property under 4 star.
