the location was very good very near to Paddington station and great connectivity to all parts of the city

early check in was not provided the cleaning could be better

Spacious room with all facilities we needed, the shower with bathtub is really good, heater works very well

we have to get keys somewhere nearby before getting in the house

we found everything very clean, location unbeatable

recently refurbished bed was new and comfortable

Garden

Location is excellent, close to tube stations, many places to eat close by and walking distance to Hyde Park. We also walked to Regents Canal and Notting Hill. The bathroom was ok.

The advertised room pictures were deceptive, our apartment was not at all what we expected. It smelt badly of smoke, much of the furniture was broken or dirty and the advertised sofa bed was old and impossible to sleep on, my adult daughter had to sleep on a small couch The kitchen was poorly equipped, eg it only had 2 spoons and 1 teaspoon, only 1 glass tumbler for three people. Also no instructions on how to turn on the hot water, we eventually found a switch high up in the hallway marked ‘cooker’ which worked. I would not recommend this studio apartment at all, there was a total lack of maintenance or care, it was miserable.
