Un gioiello nel centro di Noto

Bed & breakfast con bed ma senza breakfast

Struttura a pochi passi dal centro, ben servita, pulita ed accogliente. Materasso comodo.

Un piede della rete del letto era rotto e abbiamo dormito con la paura che da un momento all'altro arrivassimo a terra. La colazione non è andata bene, nonostante avessimo avvisato che un ospite era intollerante al lattosio non hanno provveduto e quindi niente colazione.

A beautiful place to stay in the heart of Noto!

Rooms are beautiful decorated in Sicilian style. Coffee and water was provided free of charge.

No salty options for breakfast.

Freezing shower in beautiful apartment

Nice decor and close to the main street

No hot water in the evening nor in the morning. We sent a message to the staff, but got no response, not even apology.

Big Room and Central to Noto.

Big room and location is central. The host Julio is very friendly and always trying to help. Self Check in is very smooth without any trouble as we arrived in the evening.

Toiletry product provided like shower gel and shampoo could be better quality.

Great location and comfortable room! Easy and clear self check in and the breakfast across the street was delicious.

Unfortunately the owner stopped replying to my messages. Shower wasn’t hot but still fine because the weather was warm.

Nice budget stay

Nice place to stay, right in the center. Cozy rooms. Obar in front, they have best cornetti 🥐 my advise—don’t miss the chance to grab yours at midnight—fresh and warm. Apart this—smooth check in process. Quiet at night (our room was overlooking courtyard).

As for me—pillow was a bit low and soft. And a bit noisy water pump system.

Very nice and designed rooms and very good location in the middle of the town.

The room was very clean upon arrival so that was good, but the cleaning lady really did not clean or make the bed.

the equipment of the room is beautiful, located in an old town building. The owner is very responsive.

the bed had literally holes in it. the matress is impossible to sleep on and we’re used to changing beds a lot. There was no hot water for some time. Then we tried to repair it by host’s navigation. Well it came but was not really stable, came and went. The home is beautiful, however unfunctional.

it felt very authentic, yet comfortable. there was a little balcony with stairs to a patio with wiews on a church, a really nice spot to sit at night.

there is no real reception - it’s a bit like an Airbnb not a hotel. this might add to the authentic feeling though. finding the entrance was a little confusing but not a huge problem just called the owner and he gave me the code and I was inside in 5 mins.

Superb

Nice furnished, spicy room in city center. Very clean. There was a parking spot on the street. You can find keys to your room in the locker. Good contact with the host, he described us how to get into apartment and where we can eat the breakfast. There is coffee machine in the common area.

The breakfast was good quality, however it was typical Italian, only cafe and some sweet baking. It is served across the street in the nearest bar. The shower had't close and the water was licking out a little.
