The B&B is very nicely located in the heart of Noto, just a few minutes walking distance from all the main attractions! The room and the toilet were very spacious and equipped with all needed for our stay. Also the breakfast was very nice!

Great location, 3 min walk to the main street. Fairly easy to find free parking nearby. The rooms were clean and quite big. Breakfast was there, but pretty basic though.

Mind that the host doesn't speak English - but you can use Google translate voice app to get around and communicate. )))

The location is OK but not on weekends because of the social club located at the corner of the building. Very close to the city center.

If you are given the room 103 you will be just above the water pump and it will be impossible for you to sleep after 6 am even with ear plugs. Very annoying if you are not used to short nights.

We were there when the hotel was fully booked by a big family, but the staff who greeted us (Leena) made us feel so at home, and treated us so well. We had booked a Deluxe Double Room, and were allocated a beautiful, spacious room with a little balcony at a quiet corner of the building, so that we will have more privacy. Despite the large number of guests at the hotel, we didn't hear any noise at all. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the coffee was great! We managed to find free parking by the side of the road outside the hotel, and this hotel's location is so central to all the highlights of the city. We were able to just walk everywhere without the need of our car. Overall, a very positive experience, and Leena made it more special with her bubbly personality!

Run down. Photos not accurate. Bathroom electrical cable secured with tape. Cupboard knob loose - thread worn so knob comes off in your hand. Bed legs loose with risk of collapsing. Toilet seat loose. Poor breakfast.

staff was very nice and the location is great. there is a wonderful bakery cafe just out of the entrance door, and short walking to the old center.

The host Lina was very welcoming and friendly, and went out of her way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. She also had the air conditioning running before we arrived which was very much appreciated as it was extremely hot! The location is right in the centre of Noto so it's really convenient for walking around, although you might have to hunt a bit for parking (we didn't have too much trouble) and you can't park on the road itself.

What a beautiful stay! From the enormous bed to the luxury style shower it was such a nice was to spent a single night in Noto. Laying in bed and looking at the beautiful ceiling was just perfect! Thank you so much to the very kind hosts who showed me around! Very central to the main Noto area.

Easy check-in, very well arranged and a free real Italian espresso when you arrive :). The host is very nice and friendly and will make your experience pleasant. The B&B is in the old city center so very conveniently located. The rooms are big and spacious and look great. Noto is an amazing little city with tons of baroque gems to explore. Stay overnight for the real experience.
