Muy recomendable

Las habitaciones eran muy confortables, amplias y limpias. El baño privado también muy limpio y funcional. Los dueños encantadores y con voluntad de agradar, nos dieron indicaciones para visitar Kilkenny y nos recomendaron un sitio estupendo para cenar (The Marble City Bar). El desayuno servido en cestas de picnic en la propia habitación muy original, rico y abundante. Lo recomiendo, volvería sin dudarlo.

No full Irish breakfast!..

The bed it was comfortable..

The breakfast ... It was only put outside the door in a basket.. consisting of yogurts, cheese, brown bread, cereal. I would personally of liked a full Irish..

A personal welcome and a comfortable room.

We were disappointed to hear that the breakfast was a picnic basket. We were looking forward to a good Irish breakfast. However, the picnic was really good quality and there was an excellent selection provided.

Great place, great location

Gorgeous room and lovely breakfast brought to your room, the location is great! You can walk to the town and the castle in minutes, very lovely stay.

Lovely B&B

La habitación, la cama y el baño estaban muy limpias. Una casa a 10 minutos del centro dando un agradable paseo. Desayuno casero con productos deliciosos.

La moqueta en el suelo (aunque se veía limpia). El baño trnia poca luz y no había donde apoyar las cosas (quizá jba pequeña estantería encima del wc sería muy util)

Can't get any better

In a quiet neighbourhood ...Walking distance to castle and park and main tourist areas..very clean and very comfortable room with lots of space..lots of parking spaces on the property...love the breakfast basket...theres TV and great water pressure in the shower!

Definitely recommend for a homely, comfortable stay in Kilkenny

The property was in great condition and we felt very welcome for the weekend. The breakfast was more than sufficient and delivered at a time of our choosing.

It was a little bit further out of town compared to some other places but we preferred this location for a good night’s sleep, and the walk into town was very pleasant!

Nice accommodation, clean and close to town.

My room was very nice, breakfast was a basket with lots of food. Coffe and tea avaialbe in the room.

Breakfast was in a basket, so only cold items. Not much communication from the host prior to arriving.

We loved Kilkenny and found this lodging to be convenient and comfortable. We would book again!

The rooms were both spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location and accommodating host. The breakfast baskets delivered to our rooms were such a nice treat filled with an abundance of fruit, yogurt, pastries, cereal and juice. Great shower and free parking.

We loved it all.

Wonderful stay

10/10 location. Walking distance to town but in a quiet neighborhood. Ample parking. Right beside a gorgeous meadow leading to a stunning walk that emerges onto Kilkenny castle. Our jaws dropped. The breakfast was delicious and the host was knowledgeable and friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

Very good

The accommodation was spotless and no more than 10 min walk to the town centre. Beautiful basket breakfast in the morning yoghurt cereal croissant jam cheese brown bread tea orange juice it was lovely also had plenty of parking for car and it was safe Owner gave us advice on places to eat and have a drink

would definitely stay again

Very clean, access to front door with own key very convenient, Host was very pleasant and helpful. room had its own coffee pod machine shower, bathroom, tea coffee. Continental breakfast basket was gorgeous, Croissants still hot from oven! enjoyed by all of us! Would definitely stay here again. Short taxi ride to town centre, taxi numbers provided.

Superb

Very nice place, walking distance from centre of town. Continental breakfast was delivered to room and was fantastic? Such a lovely variety of fruit, yogurt croissants cereals, beautifully bundled in a basket left at our door at the time we requested. Coffee, nesoresso machine in room . It was lovely to have breakfast in our room for a change.
