The room was not clean it is outdated I had to get the locks fixed because they did not work breakfast was in addition to the nightly rate, at 15 euro approximately. The offer was warm food left over from the day before's restaurant menu , no sweet dishes, terrible coffee. In addition, if you only wish for a coffee the staff expects you to pay for the entire buffet (that not even my dog would eat) The pool is open to guests and ousiders but staff is available only after 10.30 /10.45, which means you cannot sit or lay down on a mat but only on dirty and banged up plastic lounges. When at 10.45 I got my mat , it was ripped, dirty and worn THE STAFF at reception is completely useless. at check out they were mute until I asked if there was a problem and they said yes, there is, we have to wait for an ITC technician because we have a problem with the invoicing program. Needless to say, they had no idea when the technician could come and expected me to wait. I naturally paid and left without an invoice. They did not even say good morning or good bye or thank you for staying...
