The rooms were comfortable with working ait conditioning and consistent running water. Good food served at the restaurant.

There were no pressing irons and the laundry staff charged to press. Something the guest should be able to do on their own ,at their own time.

I like the fact that they aim to please. It's a shift from the old to the new. Clean rooms, courteous staff, working amenities.

The hallways are hot. Management can invest in some split units on the hallways to make it fresh and smell better. The location of the hotel is a blend between French speaking and English speaking. The hotel needs to reflect the bilingualism in their operations. No food and drinks menu seen in the room. Check in process from people who booked online could be made shorter and seamless.

It had the usual basics though.
