The only good thing about the accommodation was its location. I was also impressed by the bathroom and by the fact that a travel size toiletry and a shaver were available.

Where to start?! First of all, we could not access the room that was assigned to me because my key and the master key of the front desk staff were not working. Therefore, he put me in the next room that his key was able to open and asked me to come down to get my key after. I was on the last floor with no elevator and just spent 5 hours on a bus. Dust was all over the place. The mini-fridge seems to have been closed and not working for a long time. When I opened it, a very bad smell hit my noise. I did not take the chance to use it. I went to the bathroom to shower and avoided to open the soap which seems to have been there for ages. I finally used the shampoo that was in the travel size toiletry. I almost did not use the towel that was a bit dirty. I also saw a web-spider at a corner of the ceiling. I spent about 5 to 8 minutes trying to call the front desk in order to book the airport shuttle. As no one was picking up the phone, I had to go down the stairs again to do the booking. Of course, no one was at the front desk. I had to wait another 5 minutes. In the morning, the time has come for my checkout. I took my carry-on and went down to ask them for someone to collect my luggage. For some reason, I did not think to use the phone to call. There was no porter. The lady at the front desk had to climb the stairs and get my two luggage . I felt bad for her but I was not going upstairs again. When she came back, I asked her about the airport-shuttle. She told me the driver was not there and she does not have his number. I went outside the hotel and picked a taxi. I asked also for my receipt as yesterday they did not give me one last night. The front desk staff was unable to find a trace of my transaction anywhere. She had to call the manager for him to confirm the transaction and allow her to give me a receipt. In summary, this hotel has a big management problem and they really have to game up if they want to remain in the game.
