Giacomo, the host of the apartment, is an example of perfect host. Before, during and after coming to the house contact with him was excellent. Quick respones, clear hips and tips and very good english skills. The location of the house is great. You are few minutes from underground on foot. Piazza del Popolo, Castle St. Angelo, Vatican, metro(Lepanto station) are very close. You can start your visiting of Piazza del Popolo and than go every point of monuments on foot. The house was clean, comfortable, well-designed. Comfy beds, two bathrooms and great-equipped kitchen is everything you want. You have lift to your apartment which is on the 3rd floor. We made delicious breakfasts because we had everything we needed in kitchen. Carrefour is 5 minutes on foot. Totally worth-coming! I came with my 5 members of family and when one day I'll go to Rome again I would definetly choose this apartment.

Maybe better light in the kitchen(first room), but it's totally enough, I swear!

The appartment was nicely decorated and had everything we needed, and the location in Prati was one of the most convenient we've had in Rome. Giacomo was very helpful and responsive.

This apartment in Rome was amazing. Within walking distance to many of the tourist sites but also just enough away where it’s much quieter. the apartment was spacious and perfect for our family of two. the beds were really comfortable and there was everything we needed. Giacomo was so helpful to deal with and also organised our return transfer. Great stay, great value and I would highly recommend

excellent location for tourist attractions. most within walking distance. also lots of restaurants and coffee and ice cream shops in the surrounding area. the property was excellent value for money and very comfortable with all facilities you needed. the host was very friendly and helpful. he booked taxis for us from and to the airport. he also responded to messages promptly with any information we needed. would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay again. thank you for a great stay in Rome

Firstly, Giacomo was wonderful at keeping in touch, couldn’t fault him. He gave us excellent help regarding airport taxis & what we should pay, much appreciated! The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a large double & 2 singles in 2nd bedroom. The beds were VERY comfortable & we slept well. 2 bathrooms which suited our party of 3 women well. Lift to 3rd floor was great! Only minor improvements such as 2 full length mirrors would have been handy. A wee bit short on hanging space, 2nd bedroom has only half length wardrobe, however, we all just used the double bed wardrobe......even hooks on the bedroom doors would help. All in all, a good flat, we were given 2 sets of keys, handy, checking was simple & straightforward! Oh, location good, walked to the Vatican & shops, restaurants & taxi rank nearby. Thanks Giacomo for all your help!

Good location, easy walk to Vatican, Spanish steps and Shopping areas. Lots of lovely restaurants to eat at very close by and supermarket around the corner if you wanted to cook at apartment. Excellent size apartment with everything you need.

It had air-conditioning in apartment but it was extremely hot while we were visiting Rome and it seemed to struggle a bit in the heat. Otherwise everything else was great.

The property is absolutely clean & stylish. It is absolutely the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to various locations. Giacomo was a great host. Responded very quickly and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Would definitely recommend and will return.

The location was awesome! It is located between piazza di Popollo & Vatikan, so it's just a 10-20 minutes walk to all the important sights. 2 rooms and two bathrooms are perfect for 2 couples! It has a good equiped kitchen as well. There are a lot of cafes & restaurants nearby.

The furniture is not new, the couch has some stains, but it was still ok. The street nearby is a bit loud, but it is worth the central location!

The location is was very convenient for our needs. Host is very communicative, responsive and super helpful! Per our request host made our taxi arrangements to and from the Roma-Fiumicino airport. Host procured the groceries we requested and they were waiting for us in the kitchen upon our arrival.

The apartment is trully comfortable, spacious, clean and we felt completely at home. It had good natural light and every room was fully equipped. The kitchen had a full oven, 4 fournaces, microwave and coffe machine. Very good equipment for cooking, as well. Tv was satellite. Mattresses were good and both bathrooms clean and well lit. The apartment is located just 3 blocks away from Piazza del Popollo and about ten minutes from Vatican Piazza . From therebyou can rake a bus, metro or just walk to most sights. The neighbourhood is residential and lined with shops, boutiques and various places to eat and have coffee. Supermarketvis just 2 blocks away. The area is trully local and not touristic which lets you savour more of Roman life. We stayed with two small children and had a wonderful holiday. I would definitely reccommend it.

The apartment is fantastic and the host is super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Great location close to restaurants, sites and good bus lines. Very comfortable and clean. It felt like home for 4 days. We would definitely return.
