Breakfast was ok but not great food selections

Variety of selections would have been a plus since it’s supposed to be a 5 star hotel. Was also given a suite reserved for staff which I was eventually told a day before departure. It may have been better to just book 2 regular rooms and not a presidential suite because I was given staff suite. Not acceptable at all. Received no apology for this

The breakfast was superb and so is the location of the hotel. The Staff are generally professional and helpful. Although the hotel was almost full at the time and I did not obtain the room I booked, the front office staff (lady) made sure I would not feel the difference. Room service was good and largely exceeded my expectation.

My room had no refrigerator (i could see there was one but was removed) and so I had no access to cold drinks in my room when need. This however was a minor impediment and will not impact negatively how i feel generally about the hotel, its management and staff.

The breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the staff service. The room service was great as well.
