A Localização é excelente. Perto do Farol da Barra, vários estabelecimentos comerciais perto. Atendimento dos funcionários foi atencioso e prestativo.

É uma pena que um quarto tão bem localizado fornece utensílios e roupa de camas tão mediocres. As toalhas estavam velhas. O quarto não estava devidamente preparado para receber 03 pessoas conforme o contratado.

The flat is well equipped and has an excellent view of the beach. It was easy to buy food and cook in the flat and also plenty of restaurants and food places close. The shopping mall is not far away and is an easy walk to and from. If you need an ATM then you need to go to the mall and find it on the 2nd floor as it is the only one around. I enjoyed the stay here as I was able to cook my food and relax. The flat has pretty much everything you need to be self contained, or if you prefer to eat out the choices are plenty.

Localização perfeita, com o quarto com vista lateral para o mar. Opções de ar-condicionado ou ventilador. Quarto muito espaçoso, com uma cozinha bem equipada e limpa. Banheiro ok, com bom chuveiro.

Porta com indício de arrombamento no passado. Cheiro forte de inseticida no corredor. Não havia sabonetes nem shampoo de brinde. Alguns móveis estavam um pouco envelhecidos ou não combinavam com o quarto. Black-out não cobre completamente o sol nascente, deixando o quarto um pouco claro demais.

The view from the property was stunning and the staff very helpful.

The furniture/ appliances were very outdated and could see an update.

Andre was very friendly and fast on every communication needed. Always available for solving our doubts. Checkin was flawless and fast. The location is excellent and we were very happy with the laundry service, which we needed badly.

The room we stayed at (309) was nothing like the pictures on the website. The room needs serious refurbishing. The air conditioner leeks into the room. There is a strong smell of mildew coming from one of the walls. The tap in the kitchen does not provide a good flux of water. In the bathroom, the shower box does not close and the general aspect is decrepit. Really disappointing.
