very close to the Beach separate garden to all apartment not noisy air conditioning close to restaurants and small shop with food

The apartments are old a little bit, the rooms and the bathroom are renovated upstairs and they are OK, but the kitchen and living room need some refurnishing. The sofa in the living room has very bad smell because of old! The floor is very dingy. The full house was treated with some reagent maybe again ants? Very bad smell Very weak WIFI. It is almoust impossible to use it.
