Felt unsafe bc a guy entered our room unannounced while we were changing. Asked the manager and they claimed to not know the maintenance person was gonna enter our room. The next day another person entered our room despite us explicitly telling them to not enter until the end of our stay, yet they still entered our room when we were changing and did not inform us beforehand.

they lied about giving a refund for the week we left early which they agreed apon. we even had a professional cleaner come in before we left.

Room was clean. Room had all necessary facilities. Room was close to nice restaurants.
Bed was not comfortable at all. Was in fact very hard to sleep on.

Excellent location, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good view, good outdoor space, washer and drier provided.

Prices are high but guess that's expected and is competitive. So compared to competing properties/hotels is great value

Its a good location central to everything
The bath room needed a good clean also the carpet and patio needed washing...old stains on it.
The step up to the after hours buttom inside the building needs a beware sign on it. Its a hazzard. I fell forward and hit my face on the wall. This was witnessed by two people inside the foyer

Convenience area
This time, the entertainment (tv), the signal was bad. The previous room, not only the signal was good but have a paid tv for entertainment as well for the same price.

good location. very comfortable and spacious. Michael was very friendly even though it was a short interaction
could possible add some clothes hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes to get ready in the bathroom. also could possible add soap trays in the shower area to place soaps rather than having the guests place them on the floor

Location was in middle of food, restaurant area. Easy walk to centre of city.
I thought the garbage disposal was a problem and I would have preferred a repository area we could access. It also tended to be a bit noisy.
