The gym was just a room with a treadmill/ bike and some very messy free weights thrown on the floor. It was untidy and dirty.

Location was perfect breakfast was very nice and plenty of choices, nice card and bottle of sparkling wine for my Birthday

The staff were rank, inexperienced, un professional, rude and not service driven .

Excellent location

Unfortunately they had internal heating issues so we were cold and struggling to get comfortable. The staff were accommodating and tried to help by changing our room, however the loss of heating was throughout the building so they provided a mobile electric heater which took the edge of the cold. It was otherwise a nice standard hotel room was the money you pay. I would consider staying there again, just maybe not in winter.

Bathroom wasn't as clean as other places we stayed at. Our one night stay was sufficient but the room was overpriced when compared to the other 5 places we stayed at during our week long trip.

The bed was soo perfect and slept very well. Bathroom is large and easy to use and feel comfortable. Overall loads of space

The room was fantastic! Very spacious and had a veranda. Also quite a large bar fridge inside for drinks. The facilities in the hotel are excellent including the bar and restaurant.

A little expensive but quite luxurious and so close to pretty much everything to see in Freo.

We had a balcony so I thought you could smoke outside on balcony, not in room as not aloud to no more. But I thought outside instead of smoking out the front door of the entrance of the hotel. As we booked a normal room not a balcony room so you can’t smoke in a room with no balcony and I got charged $200 for smoking outside. They upgraded us to a balcony was appreciated they did that. But walking down the hall way and going outside everytime you want a smoke would annoy people but sad thing is I rented the room and didn’t smoke on the balcony but obviously I’ve paid the price and will learn next hotel room not to because $200 is a very extreme amount to pay I seriously think to take of people

awesome location

Really good location, right near the waterfront and close walking distance to the main streets. This certainly seemed to be the nicest hotel in the area and I was pleased that we booked there. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a cruise booked so we would have liked to take a taxi but the prices were stupidly expensive. This is clearly not the hotel's fault, but still rather frustrating.

Room was very nice and position was great.

We were given complimentary drink vouchers to use as the room was not ready until 3pm and we arrived at 2pm as we were told this was check in time. We tried to use the vouchers for 2 coffees (as we don't drink alcohol) and were refused. We were told they were valid for alcohol only????

It was the worst experience of my life. The room the good the staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. So unhappy they ruined our holiday and our daughters wedding night and our other daughters holiday. Take these people off Booking.Com. This hotel is a disgrace!!! I will be looking for a refund

Location is great. Staff appears to be very busy but friendly. Breakfast has a great selection, but the local cafes offer a lower price and fresher selections. The rooms are great as it's wonderful to be able to step outside on the balcony. Your concierge ladies are the best. I wondered what type of person would be able to replace Kylie . Your choice is great Ali is very helpfull

No sanitizer at the door. Lots of visitors from the cruises came and we were one that had covid by the time we left, but no sanitizer and reminders to keep clear.

That the staff in the bar wanted to charge me for the tomato sauce. This would have to be a first. I did get it in the end but very reluctantly.

Excellent location and nice room

Ongoing issues with parking the car and getting it out of parking building. Gate would not open on several occasions. Very frustrating

The architecture, breakfast, lap pool and evening bar & food are wonderful. On our previous visit a fortnight earlier, we had had problems with the hotel’s checking in system - the hotel were very keen to make amends and upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of sparking wine. The staff our very helpful and friendly- we were so impressed on this visit by the concierge staff who were dealing with a high number of customers who were leaving on a cruise. Those of us not on the cruise we’re still supported very well indeed with luggage etc. Finally, the hotel is in a superb position within this beautiful town.
