The spacious apartment.
I booked at Lounden Court but I was told unfriendly that it was full booked and I had to call the manager to inform me that I was supposed to go to the Burley Court. I complained but without other option, I went there.
The cleaning was too slow ( housekeeping) taking more than 2 hours to clean.

The location was good. The property had a very homely feel and the staff were super good.

Clean, neat, staff very helpful and excellent location. Also owners are attending to the leaking problem and staff respond realy well when they are called upon for help.
Front door was nor fully functional and bathroom leaked and water in the shower steam out into the bathroom floor due to no elevation in the shower floor towards the drain. Also on heavy rain it was flooding in the parking area

The apartment as very well furnished, with a lovely comfortable bed & great facilities.
Perhaps the apartment was a bit smaller than I had expected & there are works taking place with the external areas, including the swimming pool area, which hopefully will greatly enhance the facilities.
A/C didn't work in the lounge.
