i think the rate per night its too much, for what it is.

Very friendly family staff. Rustic place with hiking trails near by. Arrived after normal check-in no problem 😊. Had a very late flight the next day as they were not full, allowed me to stay well beyond normal check-out at no extra charge.

Inraki Lodge was a treat for all the senses! Beautiful cabins tucked away in nature, surrounded by birdsong. Every little touch has been lovingly thought out: the delicious home-made breakfast, the soft bedding and towels, the eco-friendly, fragrant soaps, the stunning trail that takes you around the dry forest, and of course the care taken of you by the staff. While I stayed at Inraki I visited both Otavalo and Quito (easy to get to on public transport), and spent time relaxing and enjoying the nature of the lovely site. Francesca, the owner, was lovely and made sure I was comfortable and well-taken care of!

Only one downside - there are quite a few mosquitos here. Bring your insect repellent!

Breakfast was off-the-charts yummy & fresh. Owners & staff were super friendly & accommodating. Views & hiking options & being able to "feel" the culture was the best I've had. I highly recommend to anyone that likes nature, scenery &/or wanting to experience first-hand, some of the ways that Ecuadorians make a living with farming.

Our taxi driver missed the entrance, but it was dark, so was hard to see the sign. Also, there was a little issue with getting hot water for the shower. It kept tripping the breaker, but the staff was aware of it, so I'm sure they already have it resolved!

Quiet location away from Quito but within easy reach of the airport. Great gardens and trails to walk around and watch birds. We had an evening meal there which was excellent and very good value - a real taste of home cooking. Would certainly recommend.
