So convenient to be able to go by foot at the caves. Love the comfort of the room and the parking was just there.

A very nice, spacious and modern place, perfectly designed, with the terrace, good breakfast (more than just crossaint and coffee), nice and friendly owner, close to the main attraction of the town. A beautiful bathroom and very comfortable beds. I highly reccomend it! Thanks for a nice stay!

Near the grotta

B&B is located very close to Castellana caves. There’s everything you need for a one-night stay: comfortable bed, clean bathroom, friendly people, cozy traditional Italian restaurant in a walking distance. The place is absolutely quiet in this time of the year. The owner contacted us by WhatsApp some hours before our arrival to ask for exact arriving time. We had to switch to the Rifugio delle Grotte. Both properties belong to the same owner, and I think there’s no big difference between them. Upon reading booking.com comments I was ready to face heating problems in B&B, but everything was absolutely perfect with heating. Non ho niente da dire. :) Breakfast was totally Italian, which means simple. You should not expect something exceptional like mostly everywhere in Italy. You can leave your vehicle without worries about its security on the roomy private parking of B&B and go to visit the caves. Nice bonus - little discount for Castellana caves entry ticket from the owner.

Location very close to Castellana Caves, only reason why you’d come here. Basic room and breakfast but very clean.

We got moved to the Rifugio delle grotte, which I think are same management but suspect more basic than Dimora delle Grotte.

Very clean and comfortable room, the staff was very friendly and helpful!
