The entire Property itself is very beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. We are looking forward for another stay in the Property .

There is absolutely nothing to dislike

Every vacation or stay has its own set of excellent and "not-so" pleasant memories, but my time at Narendra Bhawan was extraordinary. I typically don't like to spend too much money on a stay, but this time I made an exception, and God bless me for it. Otherwise, I would not have had the 5-star experience. Narendra Bhawan is immaculate and professional; customer service and customer satisfaction are their top priorities. The staff was so courteous and on their toe to help you with any assistance. You can call it my luck or the generosity of Narendra Bhawan, but they upgraded my room from Residence to Prince and surprised me with a birthday cake. I will never forget my time at Narendra Bhawan, and I am grateful to the staff for making it so memorable.

There was nothing I didn't like about Narendra Bhawan, however, if I had to pick something, it would be that travelers like me prefer public transportation or rickshaw. Due to its location, it’s not available at the doorstep, one might have to walk 200 meters to get a rickshaw and at that location also a rare chance of rikshaw but Narendra Bhawan will certainly assist you with it.

Aniket was extremely friendly and ready to help, breakfast was very good.

The swimming pool bring summer month was out of order. Secondly people constantly calling to make sure we are checking out in time very annoying. If they don’t check out by the time then call and remind but don’t keep calling the room very disrespectful.

We had looked forward to staying here for quite some time having visited India 8 or 9 times before but never made it to Bikaner: until now. Without question, the highlight of the staff was Pushpendra our driver, who was truly exceptional. Thank you to him! Also, being welcomed upon arrival by a bugle player and piped in was truly magical. We had booked for 3 nights in a Regimental Room. Upon arrival the room (& hotel) internally is quite stunning. Beautifully furnished… and here comes the ‘but’…

The Regimental Room whilst spacious is horrendously dark. Only one blind opens. whilst this creates an atmosphere it is quite depressing to be in such a sunny location but in such gloomy surroundings. We moved to a ‘so calked’ suite. it was brighter and faces out from the front. However the layout is odd, with really no where practical for two people to sit together. the principle issue for us however - and the only reason we checked out one day early - was the staff. Whilst discreet and well meaning in their intentions they appeared totally disinterested in making a guest welcome. We left a day early because of this. The ONLY exception was the superb driver Pushpendra who was exceptional

Beautiful hotel with great staff.

Narendra Bhawan is an amazing property. Would recommend to everyone. Beautifully made and beautifully run. The staff is extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The food - both breakfast and dinner are absolutely outstanding ! Loved the ambience, the corridors and the courtyard. Room was spacious and plush.

The hotel is very beautiful, with a wonderful pool on the roof terrace, a beautiful courtyard and overall very beautifully decorated and maintained. The staff was very attentive and overall we felt extremely welcome and comfortable.

The mattress of the bed was too soft, but that was really the only negative thing we could find.

Breakfast was excellent with lot of variety. Chaat corner was the best of all.

South indian filter coffee could be added to the menu.

the hotel is quite new but the rooms need a little more maintenance , and a little more cozyness. not all the members of the reception were very efficient . The restaurant staff was very pleasant but there were too many of them
