Cold pools, could’nt swim in them.

Its old and dirty

Property was immaculate and very spacious very high standard of cleanliness

There was nothing we didn’t like we loved everything nothing not to like

a lot of steps but no lift

Clean and tidy . beautiful place

Location was ok 10 minute walk to good bars and restaurants, lot's of choices and good entertainment day and night

Told on arrival our early check-in that was pre arranged wasn't ready and previous guests in our apartment had broken Large Glass window in living room it was a local bank Holiday and would take few days to repair no alternative accommodation was available communicated with various staff members every day being told different excuses as to why the repairs still hadn't been done had blinds shut throughout our 10 day stay (the views were one of the main reasons we booked)as compensation we were offered a Late check out which I had already requested before arrival only to be asked to leave at 10am normal time..WiFi didn't work most days again apartment's were grubby in need of overhall doors and windows didn't close correctly, not to mention cockroaches Definitely not value for money we were left to stay in a an apartment that can only be described as unsafe and a Huge Health and Safety Risk

The view was excellent & the location was ok.

The first apartment we were given was not the cleanest and it was right at the top of the village where we had to carry our pushchair up 3 flights of stairs. The next day we spoke with Lora who was fantastic and moved us apartment straight away. The second apartment we stayed in for the remainder of our holiday was much cleaner and very spacious for the 3 of us. The apartments could do with attention to detail i.e the small cracks in tiles, flickering lights, shower drain & the cracked woodwork. The wifi wasnt the strongest & kept going on & off.
