The house was purely awesome! There is everything you need (Outdoor grill, ACs, Outdoor Lounge, Pool, 2 separated flats each with a kitchen, parking space for 2 cars. We also got some small gifts by the host. The kitchens contained everything we needed during our one week stay. There are enough sun beds and a very large nice pool. The way to the beach is only 3-5 minutes (~300m). The beach is also pretty good, but there are no sun beds or umbrellas for rent (can be bought at the small shop at the beach). The host is very friendly and open for any questions. She also gave us many tips about the area of sevid. The communication is going via WhatsApp which is very good. You definitely need a car when you want to visit some other cities. There is only one restaurant at the beach. But you can find a lot of good restaurants in Rogoznica which is around 20 min by car. Every morning at around 9-10am a very friendly guy from a local bakery comes around where you can buy something for breakfast. Overall everything was awesome and we would definitely go again!

One very small thing: The WLAN in the smaller bedroom in the studio apartment was not that fast.

Very comfortable villa, in a quiet area, friendly hospitality. The beach by the sea is really close by walking, several nearby pebble beach options in the village. Both the lower and upper levels of the house and the terraces are perfect for relaxing, The equipment, the interior and exterior of the house are in perfect condition, as in the pictures, clean. The swimming pool is also perfect, its depth (1.50 m) and its size make it perfect for swimming and jumping. Parking place is absolutely OK. We strongly recommend this villa to everyone who wants to relax in a quiet, peaceful small village. The road to Sevid is a bit adventurous, quite narrow roads, so you have to pay attention to the oncoming traffic. Based on Julijana's perfect guidance, we found the village easily, despite the road renovations and closures.

Everything was perfect! The property is very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The location is very good. The host is very helpful and kind! We had a great time!

Super nice house near to the beach, just 2min walking. 7min walking to small super market. Modern and nice rooms and places to relax and enjoy the sun. Space up to 6 people with enough space to be for your own. Hard choice to decide between pool or beach :-). I highly recommend the house. Really easy communication with Julijana, always available and good tips for activities. We miss the house already!
