It was our 4th stay in this hotel and we know that other rooms are great. But this time we get room with out normal shower in bath room and chair in it. I assume that the room is for disabled guests. You should give advance notice before giving the keys to the room.

Air conditioning in the bedroom 😕

The terrace on the 7th floor was breathtaking! It was quieter than expected. The room was spacious and has all the facilities and a kitchenette that was handy. Coffee shops, bakeries, shops were nearby and the old town just a few minute walk away.

The floor all over the apartment shakes with the bypassing trams. It is not bothersome, but just a bizarre feeling

It's an ordinary 3 star hotel. Yes, 3 star- not 4, as claimed in the Booking rating. Basically, the room size was quite ok, and hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help, but I would say that's pretty much all advantages.

Based on the number of facilities offered and overall location this hotel cannot and must not be rated more then very average 3 star. Namely: there is NO driveway to the hotel at all to unload suitcases! There is NO restaurant in the hotel. The location, if you are driving, is as uncomfortable as you can imagine - you have to take many turns on the one-way streets before reaching the opposite side of the street where the hotel is. None of the staff hospitality will overcome the absence of basic comfort. The fourth star is completely undeserved!!
