Spacious modern apartment in the Old Town. 3 bedrooms with a balcony. Great location and very comfortable.

People need to be aware that the apartment is on the 5th floor without an elevator and it’s 95 steps up to the apartment.

Very central location in Riga and a very spacious and lighted apartment. AC in every room made it possible for each of us to get the sleeping temperature we wanted. Clear and easy communication on how to get keys and access. On all communication with the hosts, we got very quick and helpful answers.

No marked emergency exit. Only alternate exist was over the roof, but there are no railings or other security measures in place. The shower was very basic with very low water pressure, making having comfortable showers impossible. The apartment was in need of some repairs with some broken tiles, a damaged toilet and sink. The oven in the kitchen did not work for us, but we only discovered in during breakfast on the last day, as we mostly ate at restaurants. Max occupancy is set to 8 - we where 5, and we barely had enough dishes and cutlery - Also the sofa bed is in the living room with not curtains or shades, so sleeping here in the summer would be hard. Overall, a nice apartment with potential, but not a 4-star experience.

The apartment is beautiful with some amazing views of the churches out the windows. It was perfect for our group as we originally had 6 people but only ended up going with 4. The apartment itself was pretty spacious and felt warm and inviting. It also had all the utensils and cooking stuff we needed for when we did a breakfast in the morning. Host was very helpful and made sure we arrived and were able to access the apartment quickly.

Not a negative but do be aware that the loft bedroom is very cozy with low ceilings. You can still fit two people up in the loft, they just need to watch their heads when they wake up in the morning.

There is a broken tile in the kitchen a bit dangerous. The bathroom door handle is faulty and you could get trapped in the bathroom. It needs to be looked at. If I was on my own. It could have been quite frightening to be trapped /locked into the bathroom. Didn’t use the door handle. Once we realised.

The flat is so nice, we realy enjoyed our stay there.
