Squeeky floors. No shower gel-didnt quite get from my booking that i am supposed to bring the things

The house is right at the golf course.
The breakfast in bags. Even if there is covid 19 you could ask the guests what they want.
The appartement in the basement has only a tiny windows. The air in it is never fresh.
The shower does not work properly.
